Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/8 tsp. mustard seed (I use ground mustard instead)
    3 Tbsp. cure salt or Morton Tender Quick
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well; shape into 2 or 3 rolls.
    Roll up in aluminum foil (shiny side next to meat).
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
