Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream together and beat until light and fluffy shortening and sugar.
    Add well beaten eggs, cream and vanilla; beat well.
    Sift flour and gradually add to creamed mixture.
    On floured board, roll out dough and cut with round cookie cutter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until delicately browned.
