Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 potatoes
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Bake potatoes at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes, or until very soft.
Cut potatoes lengthwise and scoop out insides.
Whip potatoes.
Add sour cream, grated onion and shredded cheese. Refill potato skins.
Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until top is golden, for 10 minutes.
