Stephanie'S Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lbs. hamburger
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 c. rice, cooked
    4 large heads cabbage
    8 cans tomato soup (3 in rice, the rest on top)
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Brown hamburger with chopped onions, salt and pepper. Combine rice, hamburger and 3 cans of tomato soup. Steam cabbage so layers \"fall\" apart. Put 2 Tbsp. or more (don't overfill) of mixture in a cabbage leaf. Roll cabbage leaf and layer closely in a large casserole dish or roasting pan. Top each layer with remaining cans of tomato soup. Cook slowly for 3-3 1/2 hours at 325-350\u00b0. Watch closely so that it does not boil over, and marinate as you go.
