Yeast Or Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lukewarm water
    3/4 c. shortening
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water. Sift dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add 1 cup buttermilk to this and yeast. Add other cup buttermilk.
    Knead.
    Refrigerate as long as you desire.
    Cut with biscuit cutter and dip in melted butter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
