Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated Longhorn cheese
    2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 onion, diced
    16 oz. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix hash browns, soup, cheese, onion, sour cream, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup melted butter.
    Top with crackers and 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
