Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and deboned or chicken breasts (to equal 1 chicken)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    butter
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients and pour into casserole.
    Crush Ritz crackers and spread over top.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
