Canned Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    5 to 6 green bell peppers, chopped
    3 onions, chopped
    1 red pepper, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
    Simmer 1 hour.
    Jar and seal.
