Garlic Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pod garlic
virgin olive oil (the most expensive oil yields a wonderful tasting butter)
Preparation

In a mortar and pestle, crush 2 or 3 cloves of peeled garlic. (The broad side of a knife hit against the clove makes it easier to peel.)
Add a few drops of oil.
Add 1 or 2 more cloves of garlic while continuing to crush the mixture in the mortar.
Your finished consistency should by silky.
