Potato Cheese Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    8 oz. pkg. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 onion, chopped (optional)
    Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Preparation
    Make the Night Before: Mix all but Parmesan cheese together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Top with Parmesan cheese and cover. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 90 minutes.
