Roast Chicken With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 lb.) chickens
    2 Tbsp. oil
    6 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 3/4 lb. potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 lb. cut up carrots
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. rosemary
    2 lemons, pierced
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Heat
    12-inch Dutch oven.
    Pour oil into Dutch oven and heat 5
    minutes.
    Add garlic, potatoes and carrots.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Stir.
    Bake\t10 minutes.
    Rub chickens inside and out with salt and rosemary.\tPut 1 bay leaf and lemon in each chicken.
    Put vegetables to one side and place chickens in the middle of\tthe oven and bake for 2 1/2 hours.
    Cook on medium heat.
