Stuffed French Toast Ala Kootch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. white bread (unsliced)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (can use light)
12 eggs or Egg Beaters
1/3 c. maple syrup (can use lite)
2 c. skim milk
Preparation

Remove crust from bread and cut bread into cubes.
Cube the cream cheese.
Place 1/2 the bread in
9 x 13-inch baking pan. Spray with Pam.
Place cream cheese on top of bread and top with remaining bread.
In a large
bowl, beat eggs with a whisk and add the syrup and milk and whisk until well mixed.
Pour over bread. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Remove the plastic wrap before baking.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for approximately 20 minutes.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until done.
