Unique Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (15 oz.) salmon
    1 egg
    1 heaping Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. flour, sifted
Preparation
    Pour juice off salmon.
    Set aside.
    Use fork to mix salmon and egg well.
    Add flour; mix thoroughly.
    Mix 1/4 of salmon juice with baking powder.
    Beat with fork.
    (This will foam; if doesn't, baking powder is old.)
    Blend into salmon mixture.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls into deep fryer 1/2 full of oil. Meat is
    done when it rises to the top.
    Drain on paper towels.
