Tostada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. salsa
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    salt to taste
    5 green onions, thinly sliced
    3 c. (12 oz.) shredded taco cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can pitted, sliced ripe olives
    shredded lettuce
    chopped tomato
    sour cream or dip
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 3-quart dish.
    Brown beef and drain fat.
    Add salsa, cumin and salt.
    Simmer until thick and all liquid is absorbed.
    Place mixture in dish and top with onions, 2 cups cheese, beans, olives and remaining 1 cup cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Spoon onto lettuce and top with tomato.
    Serve tortilla chips.
