Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    large onion
    large green pepper
    4 c. chopped celery
    2 envelopes dry chicken noodle soup
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. almonds
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Form sausage in patties.
    Brown and drain.
    Crumble in pieces.
    Add chopped onion, pepper and celery.
    Cook over low heat about 10 minutes.
    Cook noodle soup in the 1 cup of water for 10 minutes.
    Then add to the sausage mixture.
    Add cooked rice, almonds and mushrooms.
    Place in greased baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
