Teddy'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. peeled, cored and thickly sliced Delicious apples
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat oil and sugar together.
Add eggs and beat until creamy.
Sift flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda.
Stir into batter.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to blend.
Turn into buttered and floured 9-inch tube pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
Cool before turning out.
