Country Fried Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
1 c. flour
pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation

Rinse pork chops.
Place in bag along with flour, salt and pepper.
Coat well.
Place enough olive oil to cover bottom of frying pan.
Fry 20 minutes on each side on medium-high heat. Turn down to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
