Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 can (2 c.) sliced pineapple, drain
cherry
1 c. white sugar
4 eggs (whole)
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Place first four ingredients in 8 x 11-inch pan.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pineapple mixture.
Bake at 350\" for 45 minutes.
