Liver And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef liver (or more)
    1 big onion
    4 slices bacon
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. hot water
    flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put flour in bowl or dish or pan with salt and pepper added to flour, or you can put right on liver.
    Put skillet on stove with oil and bacon in it.
    Fry bacon for about 5 minutes, then take out or leave in.
    Put floured liver in skillet and fry until brown on both sides, turning often.
    After browned, slice up onion on liver and pour water on.
    Cover and let cook about 20 minutes on low heat.
    Serve, it's so good.
    (The bacon cuts the taste of the liver.)
