Cream Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. light cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. low-fat milk
    2 c. light Cool Whip, thawed
    1 Tbsp. concentrated orange juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat cheese, sugar and milk until blended and smooth.
    Fold in orange juice, Cool Whip and vanilla.
    Store in refrigerator. Makes 2 cups.
    Use as dip for fresh fruit, pretzel sticks, cake squares, cookies. etc.
    Contains about 6 calories per teaspoon.
