Odessa'S Stuffed Bell Pepper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large peppers, clean and parboil
    1 lb. hamburger (raw)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. rice (raw)
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Wash and core peppers; mix other ingredients and fill peppers. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    These can be wrapped and frozen.
    Just reheat to serve.
    This mixture can be used as a casserole.
    Also, just leave off 7 of the peppers and chop one and add to other mixture and in casserole bake for 2 hours at 325\u00b0 or until done.
