Fish In Beer Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. beer
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
fish

Preparation

Place first 5 ingredients in bowl and beat lightly.
Dip fish in batter to coat.
Cook in pan with hot shortening or butter until brown.
