Seafood Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
1 c. cooked salad shrimp
2 (6 oz.) cans crabmeat, rinsed, drained and cartilage removed
4 hard-boiled eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped dill pickles
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimentos, drained
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 to 8 large tomatoes
Preparation

Combine rice, shrimp, crabmeat, eggs, celery, pepper, onion, pickles and pimentos in a bowl. Set aside.
