Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. each: salt, ginger and nutmeg
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in order given.
    Pour in pastry shell. Bake in hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven to 350\u00b0 and continue baking 45 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
