Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. milk
2 c. grated carrots
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation

In small bowl, mix dry ingredients and set aside.
In large bowl, mix sugar, vanilla, eggs, oil and milk at medium speed for about 2 minutes.
Gradually add dry ingredients and mix for about 2 more minutes.
Add carrots and pineapple (with juice).
Pour into greased baking pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
