Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. casserole
5 c. bread crumbs
4 c. milk
1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Mix milk, sugar and margarine on stove until dissolved.
Beat eggs and add to crumbs and salt.
Add milk mixture.
Add cinnamon, nutmeg and raisins.
Mix well and put in casserole dish.
Put casserole on cookie sheet with water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
