Ingredients

1 brownie mix, baked as directed, making sure not to overbake
Cool Whip
1/2 c. Oreos, crumbled up very fine
any flavor ice cream (I prefer cookies and cream)
Preparation

After your brownies have cooled slightly, you take about 2/3 of the brownies and press them around the sides and bottom of a mixing bowl that has been sprayed with Pam.
Sprinkle and press part of the Oreo crumbs into the brownies.
Scoop ice cream and press into the brownie until filled 1/4 from top of brownie.
Take remaining 1/3 brownie and press onto top of ice cream.
Sprinkle and press more Oreo crumbs onto top.
Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight. Before serving, dump bowl upside down onto a plate.
You may need to loosen sides with a knife.
Top with Cool Whip and garnish with Oreo crumbs.
