Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can whole tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce or Ro-Tel
    1 can tomato juice
    salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper to taste
    1 can mushrooms
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    Ricotta cheese
    16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Saute garlic, onions, parsley and bell pepper in butter.
    Put ground beef and sauteed mixture into saucepan with tomatoes and mushrooms.
    Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour.
    On side, mix cottage cheese, egg, salt and pepper.
    In an ungreased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, layer prepared lasagne noodles, cottage cheese, sauce, Mozzarella cheese.
    Top with Ricotta and Parmesan cheese.
    Cook until cheese is browned and lasagne bubbles.
