Cauliflower Morranco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    margarine
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 large head cauliflower flowerets
    garlic, salt and pepper
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and onion in margarine with juice of lemon. Saute cauliflower flowerets in margarine with garlic, salt and pepper.
    Mix all ingredients together and put in greased casserole dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
