Mom'S Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt
    pepper
    8 to 10 chicken wings
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 chicken cubes
    1 c. long cooking rice
Preparation
    Place chicken wings into a 4-quart Dutch oven; fill with water.
    Add onion, chicken cubes and salt and pepper to taste.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours until chicken is tender.
    Remove chicken; add rice and return to a boil.
    Reduce to medium and cover.
    Remove skin and cut up chicken and return to pot.
    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy!
