Pizz-Zanga(Pizza-Lasagna) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 lasagna noodles
    1 lb. hamburger (ground turkey may be used)
    1 pkg. Bob Evans sausage
    9 c. Mozzarella cheese
    grated cheese (Parmesan)
    16 oz. cottage cheese/Ricotta
    1 pkg. pepperoni, sliced
    1 1/2 jars spaghetti sauce
    1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
    1 Tbsp. Adolph's seasoning
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    3 Tbsp. minced onions
    sliced onions (optional)
    sliced peppers (optional)
    sliced mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Cook and drain noodles according to package directions.
    Brown hamburger and sausage together; drain.
    To meat add sauce and seasonings; simmer 20 minutes.
    Add cottage cheese to sauce mixture.
    In lasagna pan layer the following times three: sauce, noodles, Mozzarella cheese and grated cheese.
    On top add the rest of sausage, optional onion, peppers and mushrooms, pepperoni, cheese and grated cheese.
    Cover with lid or foil.
    Bake until cheese is melted and hot throughout dish, about 30 to 40 minutes.
