Tuna Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. diced carrots
    1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
    3 tsp. chopped onions
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 can tuna (6 oz) in oil
    1 c. English peas
    1 pie crust
Preparation
    Cook carrots, potatoes and onions until tender in liquid from peas.
    Drain off liquid and add oil from tuna and enough milk to make 2 cups of liquid.
    Melt butter, blend in flour, and add liquid stirring constantly until thickened.
    Pour over cooked vegetables.
    Add tuna and peas.
    Season to taste.
    Turn into greased casserole dish and cover with pie crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until crust is brown.
    Makes 4 large servings.
