    2 green peppers, coarsely chopped
    2 red peppers, coarsely chopped
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water

In a small bowl combine broth, soy sauce and sweetener.
In a large skillet, heat to medium and add one tablespoon oil.
Add half turkey and stir-fry 2 or 3 minutes.
Remove turkey; add rest of oil and turkey. Stir-fry until lightly browned.
    Remove turkey.
Add vegetables to same skillet, stirring occasionally for 3 to 4 minutes.
Stir sauce mixture into the vegetables, stirring until combined.
Add turkey and cook until tender.
