Corn Bread Dressing(For Fowl) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    salt to taste
    chopped giblets
    3 pt. (more or less) hot broth
    12 day-old homemade biscuits
    1 pan hot corn bread (13 x 6 x 1-inch thick)
    3 pt. cooked white potatoes, mashed
Preparation
    Scald your biscuits with the broth.
    Add mashed corn bread and potatoes.
    Add the egg, salt and pepper.
    Mix with enough broth to be able to stir with a spoon (hush puppy consistency, not drippy). Add the giblets and put in a well-greased baking dish.
    Brush some grease from the broth on top.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
