Nana'S Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. crushed basil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. tomatoes
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    3 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat slowly, spooning off excess fat.
    Add next 6 ingredients; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Cook noodles according to directions on package; drain and rinse in cold water.
