Crusty Topped Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cauliflower head
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 to 3/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook
    cauliflower
    whole in small amount of water about 20 minutes.
    Drain carefully.\tPlace cauliflower in flat pan. Combine mayonnaise and mustard; spread over cooked cauliflower.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
