Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Crisco
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1/2 c. sour milk
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. lemon extract
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream shortening; add sugar gradually.
    Add eggs, then dry ingredients alternating with milk.
    Add flavoring, then pecans. Bake in 2 loaf pans, greased and floured, at 250\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
