Spaghetti Sauce For Rigatoni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can Hunt's tomatoes (whole), crush them up
    3 cans tomato paste
    3 large cans tomato sauce
    1 pt. tomato juice
    3 medium onions, chopped
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
    parsley
    1 cube butter and 1 cube margarine
    oregano, basil, use your own seasoning, salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 lb. Italian sausage
Preparation
    Take casing off sausage or buy uncased and fry with cubed butter and cubed margarine; add onion and garlic.
    Fry until soft, not browned.
    Add rest of ingredients and cook slowly for 3 or 4 hours.
    This sauce should be enough for 3 or 4 pounds rigatoni.
