Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    3 c. shredded cheeses
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    macaroni, cooked
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook macaroni.
    Make white sauce:
    Combine margarine, flour, milk, salt and pepper.
    Place 1/2 macaroni in dish, 1/2 cheese, then 1/2 white sauce.
    Repeat.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Uncover.
    Put cracker crumbs on top.
    Bake for 15 minutes more at 375\u00b0.
