Quick Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. biscuit baking mix
2/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp. firm oleo

Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients together.
Heat for 30 seconds. Spread in generously greased square pan.
Sprinkle with crumble mixture of remaining 4 ingredients.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve warm or cooled.
