Peach Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced fresh peaches
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1 c. cream
    sprinkle of grated nutmeg
    1 (8-inch) pastry shell (unbaked)
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Pour into a chilled, unbaked pastry shell.
    Bake until firm at 400\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
