Lemon Thyme Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. skim milk
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation

Blend.
Whip the cottage cheese.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Serve with fish or vegetables or baked potatoes.
Add 2 tablespoons more skim milk.
Serve as a dressing.
