Braised Veal Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 veal chops
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. oil
    1 onion, chopped
    3/4 c. sliced carrots
    1 large can peeled Italian style tomatoes
    1 can sliced mushrooms or fresh
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    parsley
Preparation
    Rinse and pat dry chops.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    In a large skillet or Dutch oven heat oil and lightly brown chops on both sides.
    Add carrots, tomatoes and bouillon.
    Simmer 45 minutes, covered.
    Add mushrooms and sprinkle with parsley.
    Cook 5 to 10 more minutes.
    Serve veal covered with sauce and veggies. Serves 2.
