Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. sausage
    1 green pepper, cut up
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    2 Tbsp. celery flakes
    1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Fry sausage and green pepper together.
    Drain off grease well. Mix in all other ingredients.
    Do not drain.
    Bake, covered, for 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Use a 3-quart casserole dish.
