Zesty Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    3/4 tsp. herb or Italian seasoning
    1 hard-cooked egg, sliced
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Combine the potatoes, onion,
    parsley and celery, then mix. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, mustard and seasoning; add to vegetables and mix carefully.
    Cover and chill several hours to allow flavors to blend.
