Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. thawed frozen sliced strawberries
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Make well in center of dry ingredients.
    Combine eggs, oil, strawberries and pecans; mix well.
    Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just enough to moisten.
    Pour into 6 greased 6 x 3 x 2-inch foil pans or 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes for foil pans or 1 hour for large pans.
    Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans.
    Remove from pans and finish cooling on wire rack.
