Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
3 sticks margarine
1 c. water
3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/3 c. buttermilk
2 unbeaten eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix the first 2 ingredients.
Combine in
a saucepan until melted the margarine, water and cocoa. Combine both mixtures.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Mix slow at first.
Mix well. Pour into an 11 x 16-inch greased cookie sheet with 1/2-inch rim.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until cake pulls from sides. Ice.
