Moo Goo Gai Pan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 c. bamboo shoots
    1 pkg. frozen pea pods, thawed
    2 c. diced celery
    1 c. Chinese cabbage
    1 c. sliced water chestnuts
    3 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Cut chicken into strips.
    Fry over high heat in 4 tablespoons oil for 5 minutes.
    Add bamboo shoots, pea pods, celery, cabbage, water chestnuts, broth and soy.
    Cover pan and steam for 5 minutes over medium heat.
    Mix cornstarch with cold water.
    Add to Moo Goo Gai Pan to thicken.
    Serve with rice.
    Serves 4.
