Carol'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 large sour cream
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 tube Ritz crackers
grated cheese
Preparation

Boil chicken and debone; cut into small pieces or strips. Place chicken in bottom of dish (9 x 13-inch).
Combine soup, sour cream and grated cheese.
Pour over chicken.
Melt margarine in pan and add Ritz.
Stir well.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
