Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. canned milk
    1/2 c. cocoa
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, milk, cocoa and salt in 6-quart saucepan and cook to soft ball stage.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla, peanut butter, margarine and nuts.
    Beat until thick.
    Spread on buttered dish and let cool.
    (Can add 1 cup marshmallow if you like or 1/3 jar Marshmallow Creme.)
